This is how Korean divers are treating the Philippine reefs and it's habitants!  If this is a Korean dive centers or if this is from another dive center in Moalboal is still not clear. But we will do our best to find out who they where and who they where diving with in Moalboal.   Please forward this picture to anybody you like to more people open their eyes for what is going on with the Philippine reefs.
