New Manta: 'Clover' Joins The Database!

updates

Diving at Batu Lumbung yesterday on the South coast of Nusa Penida was fantastic with mantas feeding in the plankton rich water. The highlight of the dive was managing to get pictures of a 'new' manta - Clover! Clover is a female manta alfredi, approximately 3.5 metres from pectoral fin tip to pectoral fin tip. Clover has been given her name due to the 4 patches in the rear, right hand side, shaped in a triangular pattern on her ventral side. The database is slowly growing and hopefully if the recent low swell continues we will be able to dive the south coast more often and keep building the bank of mantas.
