Have you ever swum in the ocean after heavy rain? It’s not very pleasant.  During my training swim at Curl Curl Pool on Australia Day I weaved in and out of lots of plastic rubbish getting washed in by the surf.

Imagine what it’s like for the marine life who have to find food and survive in an ocean full of plastic every day. That's the reality for many a sea turtle, dolphin and seal. And of course the fish.
