Scuba Junkie Mabul Beach and Reef cleans Our Weekly beach cleans are still going on and we thank all the staff, local people and guests who participate in these clean ups. As this years chair of the Mabul Marine Week, we also have arranged, along with all dive and resort operators on Mabul, to do two Island wide clean ups a month. In the area we used to clean, the rubbish has reduced so much that we can now move our cleans elsewhere into the middle of the island. We realise that this doesn't stop the problem at its core but with the help and cooperation of the local people, other operators, this is now being addressed and change will hopefully come soon.
