As part of our Dive for Debris program in Lake Victoria, Uganda, we shall engage Adults, beach managers, beach guards and holiday makers to create an awareness and advocacy project week for "No plastic debris in Lake Victoria for a blue Ocean." We shall have activities not limited to drawing competition, Beach clean ups, Beach patrols, Radio and social media posts and mentions, engage stakeholders at the beaches to sign a No plastic campaign to Lake Victoria beaches, Dives for Debris by the Dive team as part of the Dive for Debris PADI AWARE program, and weigh the collected debris for the week long program.
